Instagram randomness yet again

Especially for Grandpa Jim, Grandma Jackie and Gramps. Random pictures I have posted on facebook the last two months. Most are just random shots of me and the boys. Luke is enjoying sitting at the big boy table as often as he can. Someday I will get around to moving his booster. You can see my new curtains too! My mother's day present:) I love my sweet boys even when they drive me insane. The picture of Owen plugging his ears sums up that kid to a T. School soon? YES:) Enjoy!

Life keeps on trucking...

I can't believe its been two months since I have posted. LIfe has been crazy and we were without a computer for a quite a while. Thank goodnes I have our laptop back. Paying bills from your phone is NOT my idea of a good time. I think the biggest event the last two months was Jacob having to have his appendix removed. It was definitely quite the experience and while he is fine now I was quite freaked out until we knew what it was. Watching him in unbearable pain and not being able to help was horrible. He got to enjoy an hour long ambulance ride down to San Diego and Balboa and had the sweetest EMT who made the whole ride an adventure. I don't think I will ever forget that man. Everyone was wonderful to him at Balboa. The ASYMCA eve got him a HUGE elephant and a beautiful handmade quilt. Here are some pictures of that eventful few days: You can't quite tell how BIG that elephant is but its sitting on the food tray and takes up most of it. It is every bit as big as Owen. Jacob loves that thing:) The weekend before this whole episode we made a little trek to the Pasadena Swap meet. We were especially looking for something to fit in our entertainment center niche for our tv to go on. We found the perfect piece and had it redone. I ADORE it. I think the caption to my original picture was "we have a play room why?" because Luke had drug out just about anything he could lift:) While are the furniture kick we have redone two dressers for the little boys. They are finally sharing a room yay! Owen is obsessed with dinosaurs so he got special knobs for his for the top drawer and just got his own beta fish that he has named "dino fish" gotta love it! Life is busy as we head into this summer. The big boys have summer camp twice and we hope to make a trip home whenever Ian's schedule lets up :/. I can't believe in just a few months I will have a FIFTH grader, third grader and a T(transitional kinder) kindergardener! Luke and I are going to ParTY:)
