Yesterday at church a wonderful sweet lady brought in some of her produce from her garden to share. We jumped at the chance to get a few cucumbers and this zucchini. The boys were absolutely amazed. Now onto figuring out what to make...bread? quesadillas, fried patties.......any other ideas??

we skipped the walnuts (since not everyone's a fan of nuts in our house) and did chocolate chips instead, and we actually threw in an extra cup of shredded zucchini. the shredding is the worst part...maybe you can make ian do it. haha
we topped ours with chocolate cream cheese frosting...i thought i'd died and gone to heaven. one of my new favorite desserts for sure, and even better than normal cake because of how moist it is. seriously...to die for!
