Happy New Year 2011!!!

We enjoyed a family night last night just the five of us to celebrate the end of 2010. After a yummy dinner of some special chili dogs the boys (all four of them) started an epic Nerf Gun war. Ian has been playing with the kids with their guns and came to me asking if he could please get his own. While rolling my eyes just a bit we went to Wal Mart last night and got him one. Of course its bigger and badder than the boys'. :) So started about an hour and a half of yelling, screaming, laughing, crying of course, and darts flying. It was actually quite amusing except when they all try to come after me, the one defenseless one with just a camera to hide behind:) The boys were all in bed by 9 and while Ian and I had planned to make it to midnight that did not happen either. It was quiet end to the year and I would not trade it any other way.

This morning Ian let me sleep in and brought me a yummy fritatta in bed for breakfast. I love him!
